I never pictured myself doing any kind of workout beyond an aerobics workout.  When I first looked into having a personal trainer, I could not image that would be a good idea for me.  I had never worked with weights and didn’t think I could.  Nick and Jen were fun to work with and pushed me to do the most I could without making me hate it.  I was surprised to see that I did enjoy it and did see results. It was satisfying to see the amount of weights I could handle increase, as well as the number of pushups I could do and the amount I could stretch.

Brendan has a great energy and enthusiasm that is infectious. He constantly pushes me and even manages to make me laugh on days when the last thing I feel like doing is training. His commitment and dedication keep me focused. I'm so much stronger now and am a convert to a lifestyle that involves strength training and overall fitness. He is a motivator and a role model and he never criticizes even as he makes sure I have correct form. He goes the extra step to make sure I have a workout plan when I'm traveling and modifies my workouts if I'm injured. I definitely recommend Brendan as a trainer  to anyone (just don't take my time slots!).

The entire FT Burlington staff is caring and welcoming. The atmosphere and camaraderie with the other clients also makes for a fun, relaxed and comfortable environment.

I would like to take a moment to thank you, your staff, and the Fitness Together program for helping me return to the path of wellness. In just six weeks, I’ve lost over 16 pounds (nearly 8% of my starting weight), reduced my body fat percentage by 13%, and have increased my body’s lean mass. These preliminary results have convinced me that my ultimate fitness goals will surely be met while I continue my one-on-one personal training.

The collateral benefits of the program are what have paid true dividends! My overall energy level has increased considerably. At work, I am more alert, efficient, and productive.
